Day 15 – West Yellowstone, MT to Colter Bay, WY – 94 miles

Friends and a beautiful National Park – the BEST way to spend a day!

Friends Bret and Judy joined us for their second day of cycling as we visited Yellowstone National Park, a favorite spot for all 4 of us, but more immersive and enjoyable on a bicycle. The weather was AMAZING and conditions were a lot better than we expected – shoulders were sufficiently wide and drivers were courteous in spite of the July 4 crowds.

The beauty of this magnificent place is stunning. Sue and Brad were most impressed. Wildlife sitings included bison, wolf and many birds. The pictures say it better than we can…

BTW, yesterday was a 1/4 milestone day!!! We’ve hit 15 days and 1100 miles. A perfect 25+% of this adventure is under our belts!
